How long we take to ship
1 to 5 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed. Most orders go out in under two days.
That is the preparation time. Postal transit time is separate and depends on the service you choose.

On orders under $49.99 free standard shipping does not apply, and the minimum cost is Priority Mail insured at $8.95. You see it in the cart before you pay.
The exact cost is calculated in the cart based on the real weight of your order, so if you buy several pieces you will see it before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number. If you do not see it, check your spam folder before writing to us.
International shipping
Customs duties, import taxes and destination country fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot calculate or collect them in advance, because every country applies them differently.
If an order is rejected at customs or the customer does not claim it, the return cost and any fees incurred are deducted from the refund.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged
Insured shipments are covered and we file the claim ourselves. Write to us with your order number.
Free standard shipping, which applies on orders of $49.99 or more, does not include insurance. If your piece is high value, we recommend choosing an insured service at checkout.
Incorrect addresses
Verify your address before you pay. If the package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, reshipping has a cost.
